30-day reflection period

You have 30 days to decide whether to keep a product. Want to return something? Use our return portal for quick processing. If you have a complaint, we’ll help you find a suitable solution.

Return portal – simple & quick

  • Manage returns for your entire order or specific products
  • Report delivery issues, such as missing or damaged products (photo upload available)
  • Request PostNL shipping labels and use paperless shipping via QR code
  • View and update your return status
  • Log in with your order number and email address
  • Receive status updates via email

Exceptions

Opened packaging of consumables cannot be returned.

Important return information

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
  • Ensure your package is well-packed and properly stamped.
  • If possible, use the original packaging.

Do you have a complaint?

Contact us, and we will work with you to find a solution. If a return is needed due to a complaint or defect (after consultation), we will cover the shipping costs.

Once we receive your return

Within 5 business days, you will receive a replacement product or a refund.

Shipping cost reimbursement

  • Returning your entire order within 30 days? We will refund the shipping costs for the initial shipment.
  • Returning only part of your order? Shipping costs will not be refunded.
