Changed your mind? Or not entirely satisfied with a product? Or simply want to return a product? Then contact us, and we'll assist you further.
14-day cooling-off period
You have 14 days to change your mind. If you want to return something within that period, please contact us. We'll ensure a smooth handling of your return. For complaints, we can provide quick advice and always try to find a suitable solution as soon as possible.

Return Procedure
Always request a return number from us by email. Within 48 hours, you'll receive return instructions including an 'RMA number' from us. This way, we can process your return properly when it arrives here. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. Ensure that you always pack and frank your shipment properly. If possible, use the same packaging in which you received the products.
Have a complaint?
Always contact us so we can advise you as soon as possible on what to do and resolve your complaint together. In case of a complaint or defect (after consultation), we will of course reimburse the shipping costs for returning the products.
Once we receive your return shipment
We'll arrange for a replacement product (if desired) within 5 working days, or we'll refund the money to your account.
Paid shipping costs
If you change your mind and return your purchase to us, you will only be refunded any shipping costs you paid (for the outbound shipment) if you return the entire order to us within 14 days. If you only return part of your order, you will not be reimbursed for the paid shipping costs.
