Shipping and Delivery
At Carclean.com, we understand that you want to receive your order quickly.
If you order before 21:00, your order will be shipped the same working day. Within the Netherlands and Belgium, you enjoy free shipping from €50 with PostNL.
If you order for a lower amount, the shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and total price of your order. This way, we ensure that you always pay a fair price for shipping. We also ship (standard insured) to all other EU countries, and you can view the shipping costs per country directly in your shopping cart.
Shipping with PostNL
We ship all packages with PostNL. You can choose to have your package delivered where and when it suits you. With PostNL, you can select home delivery in a time slot of your choice, and you can choose a delayed delivery date. You can also choose another delivery address, a PostNL pickup point, or a parcel locker.
When you order from Carclean.com, you will receive a confirmation by email. Once your order is packed, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace from PostNL or Trunkrs, so you can track your package. If you use the PostNL app, you will also receive a notification that a package is on its way to you.
Packaging and Environment
Each package is packed very securely to ensure that all products reach you in good condition. We use lightweight plastic air cushions as filling material, which are 100% recyclable. This saves weight, and therefore shipping costs, and we also consider the environment.

Realtime Stock Information
Thanks to our real-time stock information, you can immediately see if your product is in stock. If it's not in stock, we will give you an indication of the expected delivery time and/or a suggestion for an alternative product. We do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied, because there is no better advertisement than a happy customer!
